A notice of fund transfer or deposit must be made by the retailer by sending a text message or calling LoadCentral office to process the wallet replenishment. Loading time is betwwn thirty (30) minutes to two (2) hours.
To process your wallet replenishment, kindly send the COMPLETE information as follows either thru the following ways:

4412407, 4415164, 4415171, 4415357, 4415356, 4412414, 4416238, 4416239 (then press "1" for deposit verification)
informing the operators that you would like your deposit to be verified. The following information must be given to LoadCentral Admin staff:
- Registered Name
- LoadCentral Username (mobile number or alphanumeric account registered in the system)
- Name of bank and branch location (if BDO, please include the 3-digit branch. That is the figure followed by the letters CD on the lower left portion of the deposit validation stamp. For BPI, please include the 1st 3-digit the branch code shown on the upper right corner of the deposit slip)
- Date and time fund transfer or deposit was made
- Amount transferred or deposited
